As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will own full-cycle sales for mid-market SaaS deals in the $50K-250K ACV range, targeting a quota of $600K-1.2M annually with typical deal cycles of 30-90 days. You will work a defined target-account list, managing all stages from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and contract closure.
Key responsibilities include: running end-to-end sales cycles with precision; developing strategic account plans that identify expansion opportunities and map stakeholder landscapes; leading compelling discovery sessions and product demos tailored to both technical and business buyers; collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention; building ROI-driven business cases that connect Lovable's capabilities to measurable customer outcomes; maintaining pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline; and using customer insights to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
You should have 3+ years of proven closing experience in mid-market SaaS, with a strong track record of full-cycle selling. Ideal candidates have experience selling AI or developer tools, or working in product-led growth motions. You are a strong communicator who can translate technical and product concepts into clear business value, comfortable operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments where speed and precision matter. You bring a builder mindset, eager to shape GTM motion and systems in a fast-scaling organization, with deep curiosity about Lovable's product and a hunger to master it thoroughly.
