Greptile is an AI-powered code review platform that analyzes pull requests to catch bugs and anti-patterns with full codebase context. The company reviews 5 billion lines of code monthly for 22,000+ customers spanning YC startups, Fortune 500 tech companies, and enterprises in finance, healthcare, and defense. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close, managing relationships across both technical and economic buyers. You'll identify and develop strategic partnerships with top software organizations, building deep product knowledge and demonstrating strong technical fluency in the AI code review and developer tools space. Key responsibilities include: - Managing full enterprise sales cycles with complex deal structures - Prospecting and qualifying mid-market software companies - Demonstrating technical fluency around APIs, code integrations, and AI model behaviors to engineering teams - Partnering with founders, engineers, and product teams to translate customer insights into product direction - Contributing to GTM strategy refinement, including expansion motions, pricing models, and outbound playbooks You'll bring 2+ years of account executive experience and 1+ years in a BDR/SDR role. Prior experience at an early-stage AI company (Series A–C) is preferred. You're comfortable selling to engineers, can explain technical concepts clearly, and have a proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments. You thrive in ambiguity, can build structure in zero-to-one environments, and bring an entrepreneurial, first-principles mindset. Nice-to-have qualifications include background in developer tools, MLOps, security, or dev productivity sales; experience with bottoms-up adoption funnels; or prior founder/early operator experience. The role requires in-person presence full-time for the first eight weeks, then transitions to a hybrid schedule of at least three days per week in the San Francisco office.
