As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for companies with 501–5,000 employees, driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close. You'll build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, BDR collaboration, and inbound leads. Using consultative selling techniques and MEDDPPICC methodology, you'll uncover business pain points, identify champions within buying committees, and accelerate deal cycles.
Key responsibilities include consistently exceeding quarterly sales quotas, becoming fluent in Envoy's solutions to tailor demos, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Deal Desk, and Customer Success to remove roadblocks, maintaining clean Salesforce data with ±10% forecast accuracy, and navigating procurement and IT/security reviews confidently. You'll mentor teammates, share playbooks, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or SMB segments, with a proven track record of closing $25K–$100K+ ACV deals and exceeding sales targets. You're comfortable with outbound prospecting, skilled at selling business outcomes to IT, HR, and operations leaders, and proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Chorus. You're process-oriented, adaptable, coachable, and collaborative. Bonus experience includes familiarity with IT, HR, Workplace, or Operations buyer profiles, selling to compliance/security/facilities teams, or multilingual capabilities.
