Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 / annual

As Membership Manager on the B2C sales team, you will own the complete sales cycle for new membership revenue, from scheduled interviews through close. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on consultative, phone-based sales to C-suite and C-1 level prospects.
Key responsibilities include: managing and closing a monthly new business quota with high average selling price (ASP) outcomes; conducting consultative interviews with senior executive prospects; maintaining a disciplined, data-driven pipeline in Salesforce with clear forecasting; proactively managing follow-up cadence to shorten sales cycles; sourcing and qualifying outbound leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools; partnering cross-functionally to optimize funnel efficiency and test new messaging tactics; and identifying trends in objections and deal blockers to continuously improve conversion rates.
You will manage 100+ active opportunities at various stages and be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role requires deep familiarity with Salesforce, strong organizational and metrics-driven discipline, and comfort with sales acceleration tools like Salesloft, Lemlist, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
