Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 / annual

AnswersNow is a venture-backed digital health company delivering virtual autism care through a network of licensed clinicians. The company has rapidly scaled to facilitate thousands of therapy hours for families with autistic children and is now expanding its sales organization. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will report directly to the SVP of Partnerships and own a sales territory covering the Southern Virginia region (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Blacksburg area). This is a field-based role with significant autonomy and responsibility from day one. Key responsibilities include: - Actively grow and manage your outside sales territory through consistent field activity and in-person visits to potential partner locations - Prospect B2B healthcare accounts daily to build a pipeline of referral leads and close opportunities - Conduct weekly in-service presentations at medical practices to educate staff about AnswersNow's services - Develop and execute strategic plans for key partner accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth - Maintain CRM data hygiene and own your KPIs and sales projections - Manage partner escalations and collaborate with internal teams (support, operations, product, marketing) to resolve issues - Drive outbound activity across multiple channels: face-to-face meetings, calls, emails, and social outreach - Host sales calls and demos with target accounts, continuously refining your approach You should thrive in early-stage environments with ambiguity, be personable and community-oriented, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. The role requires daily travel within your territory and occasional overnight travel due to territory size. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred), 3+ years of outside sales experience managing a territory, ability to travel daily and overnight as needed, and proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals. Healthcare provider sales experience is preferred. You must be comfortable working independently, using data to drive activity decisions, and proficient with CRM tools like HubSpot.
