Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 / annual

AnswersNow is a venture-backed digital health company delivering virtual autism care through a network of licensed clinicians. The company has rapidly scaled to facilitate thousands of therapy hours for families with autistic children and is expanding nationally. As a Medical Sales Representative, you'll report to the SVP of Partnerships and own a defined sales territory within 100 miles of Des Moines, Iowa. Your primary responsibility is driving business growth through strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and referral sources. Key responsibilities include: - Building and managing an outside sales territory with consistent field activity to generate referrals from current and new partners - Prospecting potential B2B accounts daily through in-person visits, phone calls, and outreach to identify key contacts and navigate gatekeepers - Conducting weekly in-service presentations within medical practices to educate staff about AnswersNow's services - Owning a portfolio of key partner accounts and developing strategic plans to optimize satisfaction, retention, and growth - Hosting sales calls and demos with target accounts, refining your sales approach based on feedback - Maintaining CRM data hygiene in HubSpot and tracking KPIs against sales projections - Managing partner issues and escalations by collaborating with internal teams (support, operations, analytics, product, marketing) - Ensuring accurate and consistent information sharing about services delivered You'll thrive in an early-stage environment with significant autonomy. The role requires daily travel within your territory and occasional overnight travel. Success depends on strong prospecting skills, relationship-building ability, healthcare sales experience, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. You should be personable, community-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable operating with urgency and bouncing back from rejection. Required: Bachelor's degree (marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred), 3+ years of outside sales experience managing a territory, ability to travel daily and overnight within territory, healthcare provider sales experience preferred, strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar), and demonstrated success in new market development and relationship building through outbound efforts.
