Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 / annual
AnswersNow is a venture-backed digital health company delivering virtual autism care to families through a network of licensed clinicians. The company has facilitated thousands of hours of therapy and is scaling nationally.
As Director of Partnerships, you will report to the SVP of Partnerships and own significant responsibility for driving business growth through partnership execution and revenue optimization. This is a field-based sales role with a primary focus on building and managing a sales territory in the Greater Houston area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively grow and manage an outside sales territory with consistent field activity to generate referrals from current and new partners
- Prospect potential B2B accounts and partners, conduct in-person visits, identify key contacts, and close a continuous pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct weekly in-service presentations within medical practices to educate staff about AnswersNow services
- Own a portfolio of key partners and develop strategic plans to achieve satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Drive outbound activity across calls, emails, social outreach, and other communication channels
- Host sales calls and demos with target accounts and refine sales cadence
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, own KPIs, and communicate progress toward sales projections
- Manage partner issues and escalations, collaborating with internal teams including member support, operations, analytics, product, and marketing
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure accurate and consistent information sharing with partners

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred; 3+ years of outside sales experience managing a sales territory; ability to travel daily within your local territory for in-person meetings; experience selling into healthcare provider offices preferred; excellent communication and presentation abilities; strong drive to build and grow your own territory; proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals; demonstrated success in prospecting and new market development; ability to build successful relationships through outbound efforts; ability to produce results without daily supervision; experience using data to determine daily/weekly field activity; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
