EVERSANA is a global commercialization services company serving the life sciences industry with 7,000+ employees across 650+ clients. This Medical Content Development Manager role is based in Barcelona and leads a team responsible for creating scientifically rigorous, compliant medical content for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, and digital therapeutic products.
You will oversee medical content development engagements, directing the creation of Scientific Response Documents (SRDs), FAQs, slide sets, abstracts, posters, and educational materials. Key responsibilities include: leading medical writers and content development team members to deliver client projects efficiently; driving the document development process from material gathering through MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) review; managing document workflows using platforms like Veeva PromoMats; performing scientific data fact-checking; collaborating across the Global Medical Information team on strategy and execution; and participating in client meetings.
You will work with both EVERSANA and client-provided technology platforms, contribute to developing SOPs, templates, and style guides, and stay current with industry best practices. The role requires ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes of practice, proactively managing quality issues, and fostering inclusive behaviors across teams.
This is a full-time, home-office-based position with up to 10-15% business travel. You must hold a valid work permit in the EU or UK. The role offers flexibility with work scheduling as required by clients and management.
