The company has delivered over 8 million teletherapy sessions and operates a network of 2,000+ clinicians. You'll join as a Marketing Web Developer reporting to the Marketing Director, owning the full lifecycle of the company's digital presence. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and creative strategy, requiring you to manage and optimize the WordPress website while driving visibility across search and emerging AI search channels. Key responsibilities include: **Website Management & Development:** Own day-to-day WordPress operations, technical troubleshooting, and monthly maintenance. Use analytics to identify and implement UI/UX improvements that enhance accessibility, performance, and engagement. Translate Figma design systems into responsive, production-ready builds. Implement responsive design across devices and integrate third-party tools, APIs, and analytics tracking. **Website Project Management:** Own website projects end-to-end from brief through launch, including larger initiatives like migrations or redesigns. Ensure clear success metrics, stakeholder alignment, and QA throughout. **AEO/SEO/GEO Strategy:** Drive search and AI citation presence across channels. Conduct keyword research, close content gaps through audits, and implement on-page best practices (meta tags, headings, structured data). Partner with content teams on optimization-aligned content and build automated reporting on web and search performance. Required qualifications: 5+ years building and maintaining production websites with substantial WordPress experience. Strong hands-on Elementor (or comparable page builder) skills, plus solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. PHP and custom WordPress theme/plugin development. Git and modern development workflows (ideally WP Engine). REST APIs and third-party integrations. GA4 and Google Tag Manager expertise. Ability to build reports and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders. In-depth SEO knowledge with track record of successful strategies including AEO/GEO and AI search visibility. Practical WCAG 2.2 knowledge and sound judgment on sensitive data handling. Experience owning production systems with clear patching and access practices. The company operates as remote-first with core working hours Monday-Friday 12-5 p.m. ET. Up to 10% travel may be required for team connection and school/industry events.
