Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Trade Show Manager to lead U.S. trade show strategy, planning, and execution in support of growing international pursuits. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and operational excellence, requiring someone who can translate high-level business objectives into compelling event activations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive multi-year U.S. trade show strategy aligned with global marketing and business development objectives. You will coordinate VIP visits, media interviews, and executive speaking engagements at international events, managing executive schedules and messaging to drive business outcomes. Collaboration with product, sales, business development, and marketing teams is essential to develop compelling event content, demos, presentations, and messaging tailored to regional and cultural nuances. On the operational side, you will coordinate all logistical elements for U.S. events—venue selection, booth design and construction, equipment rental, and on-site services. During events, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for organizers, vendors, and internal staff, proactively addressing challenges and demonstrating strong problem-solving under pressure. Budget management is critical: you'll forecast, track, and reconcile event budgets while conducting post-event analysis on lead quality, attendee feedback, media coverage, and ROI. Required qualifications include 4+ years of events marketing experience (defense industry experience is a bonus). You must have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take strategic guidance and develop concrete execution plans, with inherent curiosity about military operations and applications. You should be resourceful, mission-driven, humble, and confident in delivering exceptional results. Domestic travel up to 50% is required. Must be a U.S. Person with access to U.S. export-controlled information.
