Wonderful seeks an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to build and scale the brand, ecosystem, and market presence across Thailand while contributing to global marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, bridges strategy and execution, and enjoys building programs from the ground up.
As the primary marketing leader in-region, you will serve as a trusted business partner to the Regional General Manager, ensuring marketing aligns with regional business priorities and supports the entire customer lifecycle from awareness through retention.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned to business objectives and revenue targets; owning the regional marketing strategy across awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, customer marketing, advocacy and retention; planning and delivering integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness and customer engagement; leading regional field marketing initiatives including executive engagement, flagship events, customer programs, ecosystem and partner marketing, PR, content and strategic communications.
You will partner closely with leadership and central marketing teams to execute regional go-to-market initiatives; localize global messaging, campaigns and product positioning for regional enterprise audiences; develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting priority accounts; build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, media and industry influencers; manage regional marketing budgets, agency relationships and external vendors; measure and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI; and provide market intelligence, customer insights and competitive feedback to shape regional and central strategy.
Required: 8+ years B2B enterprise marketing experience with strong field marketing and integrated demand generation background; proven partnership with senior business leaders delivering measurable outcomes; hands-on experience across field marketing, executive events, ABM, partner marketing, integrated campaigns, PR, content and communications; strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market strategies and full customer lifecycle; ability to translate product messaging into compelling regional campaigns; strong analytical skills; excellent stakeholder management and communication; comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments; professional English proficiency.
Desirable: experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or enterprise software organizations.
