You will join the newly expanded Marketing Technology & Operations team as a Marketing Technology Manager, leading platform strategy and execution for the marketing domain. Your core responsibilities include:
- Serve as the platforms expert for Marketing, collaborating with engineering teams on technical solution design and implementation of best-in-class marketing platforms and AI solutions
- Roll out new platform features and drive adoption across self-service users, integrating them into campaigns and operational processes
- Leverage agentic AI tooling to automate structured tasks and eliminate delivery bottlenecks
- Build and maintain scalable, low-code data pipelines connecting marketing platforms, data sources, and reporting tools
- Own platform health and reliability, identifying risks, mitigating issues, documenting systems, and supporting data/system visibility
You bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience as an administrator or superuser of enterprise marketing systems (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign) or customer data platforms (e.g., Twilio Segment, Hightouch). You're comfortable with data integrations, complex spreadsheets, and stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams. Experience with AI/agentic workflows in marketing operations is valued.
Desirable skills include real-time data flows, platform integration methods (tag managers, APIs, webhooks), ability to interpret JavaScript/Python, familiarity with big data tools (AWS Athena, SQL, dbt), and experience in regulated industries like financial services.
