As Marketing Strategy Manager, you will drive Fever's marketing strategy for the APAC region with full budget ownership for Chinese consumer marketing. This is a strategic leadership role requiring fluency in China's digital ecosystem—WeChat, Alipay Mini Programs, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tencent Ads, Bilibili, and ByteDance's Ocean Engine. Key responsibilities include: • Own end-to-end marketing strategy for APAC experiences, driving demand and long-term growth across a portfolio of high-impact events • Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences, including strategic partnerships (F1, Harry Potter) and Fever Originals adapted for local consumers • Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across APAC's core paid and organic ecosystem, ensuring strong ROI • Collaborate with Business Strategy, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to analyze performance and define regional strategy • Design and manage Fever's KOL/KOC and MCN strategy—identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators and Multi-Channel Networks across Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat • Own paid performance marketing setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine • Serve as the commercial and strategic engine for APAC marketing, including support for high-impact global IP partnerships You will unite cross-functional teams (Business Strategy, Growth, Creative, Product) with China-based agencies, KOL/MCN partners, and platform contacts to shape and evolve Fever's China marketing playbook. This role requires deep understanding of Chinese consumer behavior, platform dynamics, and data-driven marketing execution.
