As Marketing Strategy Manager for APAC, you will drive growth and visibility for Fever's entertainment experiences across the Asia-Pacific region, with particular focus on the Chinese market. You'll own full budget responsibility for Chinese consumer marketing, leveraging deep expertise in China's unique digital ecosystem including WeChat, Alipay Mini Programs, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tencent Ads, Bilibili, and ByteDance's Ocean Engine. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for APAC experiences, driving demand and long-term growth across a diverse portfolio - Create scalable, compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences including high-profile partnerships (F1, Harry Potter) and Fever Originals adapted for local markets - Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across APAC's core paid and organic platforms, ensuring strong ROI and consistent performance - Collaborate with Business Strategy, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to analyze performance data and refine APAC marketing strategy - Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN (Multi-Channel Network) partnerships, identifying and negotiating with creators across Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat to drive cost-efficient user acquisition - Own paid performance marketing setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine You'll unite cross-functional teams internally with China-based agencies, creator networks, and platform contacts to shape and evolve Fever's China marketing playbook. This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring fluency in Chinese digital marketing dynamics and the ability to drive measurable business impact.
