As Marketing Strategy Manager for APAC, you will drive growth and market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region with particular focus on the Chinese market. You will own end-to-end marketing strategy and full budget responsibility for Chinese consumer marketing, leveraging deep expertise in China's unique digital ecosystem including WeChat, Alipay Mini Programs, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tencent Ads, Bilibili, and ByteDance's Ocean Engine. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for APAC experiences, including high-impact global IP partnerships (F1, Harry Potter) and Fever Originals adapted for local markets - Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across WeChat, ByteDance platforms, Xiaohongshu, and Baidu, optimizing for performance and ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Strategy, Growth, Creative, Product) to analyze performance data and refine APAC marketing strategy - Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN (Multi-Channel Network) partnerships across Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat to drive cost-efficient user acquisition - Own paid performance marketing setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine - Build and evolve Fever's China marketing playbook by partnering with local agencies, creators, and platform contacts You will serve as the commercial and strategic engine for APAC marketing, blending advanced data analytics with fluency in China's distinct digital landscape to drive audience growth and engagement.
