As Marketing Strategy Manager based in Madrid, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a high-impact portfolio of exclusive global entertainment experiences. This is a full P&L ownership role where you'll blend advanced data analytics with multi-channel digital expertise to drive demand and regional market penetration. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute compelling, scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including strategic partner events and Fever Originals - Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring strong ROI - Own large-scale marketing budgets and take full P&L responsibility for your region - Work closely with Business Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities - Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to ensure unified execution - Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery - Drive strategic planning and forecasting to support revenue growth and market penetration - Leverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making and refine marketing models - Champion innovation by testing new channels and approaches You'll be part of the Marketing Strategy team that drives growth by attracting new users and increasing reach, visibility, and sales of experiences and brands through data-driven campaigns.
