As Marketing Strategy Manager for APAC, you will own end-to-end marketing strategy and full budget responsibility for Chinese consumer marketing activities. You'll drive growth for Fever's experience portfolio across the region, including high-impact global IP partnerships such as F1 and Harry Potter.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for APAC experiences, balancing demand generation, visibility, and long-term growth across a diverse portfolio.
• Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across China's unique ecosystem—WeChat, Alipay Mini Programs, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tencent Ads, Bilibili, and ByteDance's Ocean Engine—with focus on performance and ROI optimization.
• Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN (Multi-Channel Network) partnerships across Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat to drive cost-efficient user acquisition.
• Own paid performance marketing setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine, leveraging advanced data analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Strategy, Growth Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to analyze performance and refine APAC marketing strategy.
• Partner with China-based agencies, KOL/MCN networks, and platform contacts to shape and evolve Fever's China marketing playbook.
You'll combine deep fluency in China's digital landscape with data-driven decision-making to drive audience growth and engagement. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to unite internal and external stakeholders around shared growth objectives.
