As Marketing Strategy Manager for APAC, you will own the commercial and strategic direction of Fever's marketing across the Asia-Pacific region, with particular focus on the Chinese market. You will hold full budget ownership for Chinese consumer marketing, leveraging deep expertise in China's unique digital ecosystem including WeChat Mini Programs, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tencent Ads, Bilibili, and ByteDance's Ocean Engine.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for APAC experiences, driving demand and long-term growth across a portfolio including high-impact partnerships (F1, Harry Potter) and Fever Originals adapted for local consumers
- Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across WeChat, ByteDance Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, and Baidu, optimizing for performance and ROI
- Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN partnerships across platforms, identifying and negotiating with creators and networks for cost-efficient user acquisition
- Own paid performance marketing setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to ensure unified execution and localization (beyond translation to visual density, trust signals, review mechanics)
- Oversee marketing budgets and own regional P&L
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to support revenue growth and audience penetration
You bring 8+ years of digital and growth marketing experience with proven hands-on expertise in the Chinese digital ecosystem. You have direct working knowledge of China's platform landscape and discovery-to-purchase journeys. You've run or commissioned KOL/KOC campaigns, negotiated with MCNs, and understand fee structures and creator tiering. You're comfortable designing and executing data-driven campaigns at scale.
