The company is entering an exciting growth phase focused on innovation, deeper commercial partnerships, and broader clinical adoption. As Marketing Programs Manager for Europe, you will drive go-to-market strategy and execution across the European region, serving as the connective tissue between European field activity and California headquarters. You will work closely with product, commercial, and global marketing teams to deliver impactful marketing programs that showcase cutting-edge technology and build robust connections with leading researchers and partners. Key responsibilities include executing Mission Bio's global go-to-market strategy with regional focus on Europe (channel, positioning, messaging, promotion); serving as primary point of contact for regional logistics including planning and coordinating local conferences, seminars, and field events across multiple European markets; planning and executing marketing activities while maintaining understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and technology developments; establishing and maintaining relationships with key European customers and partners to ensure successful product adoption; supporting the field organization to achieve revenue objectives; and collaborating with cross-functional global stakeholders with flexibility for time zone overlap meetings. The ideal candidate brings life sciences expertise with knowledge of cancer genomics, NGS, and single-cell multi-omics technologies. You are a highly collaborative, organized operator who thrives coordinating logistics across multiple countries and time zones, with a strong track record in integrated campaigns, biotech/pharma engagement, and translating complex science into compelling value propositions. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution across multiple channels. Reports to Director, Product Marketing.
