This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and operational excellence, supporting the teams that drive product launches, content strategy, and cross-functional initiatives. You will own the accuracy and organization of marketing content and project information across TradingView's CMS, admin panels, and web properties. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, Product, and Design teams to ensure information consistency and support strategic decision-making. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll drive process improvements by identifying workflow inefficiencies and proposing automation solutions. You'll maintain the team's knowledge base—presentations, workflows, and internal documentation—ensuring it remains current and accessible. This is an opportunity to be embedded in senior management conversations and shape how the organization scales its marketing operations. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, PR, or related field with 2+ years in Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, or similar roles. Familiarity with collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence) and a strong grasp of email, web, and social channels is expected. An ownership mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are non-negotiable. Bonus qualifications include being an active TradingView user, experience with co-marketing initiatives, and familiarity with retail trading and investing.
