Vercel is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join its Marketing Operations team within Revenue Operations. This is a hands-on, technical generalist role for someone who loves owning the operational machinery behind a fast-moving go-to-market team and is excited to run it faster using modern AI-assisted tooling. You will own and evolve the systems, data, and workflows that power marketing motions: administering and integrating the martech stack, keeping data clean and trustworthy, and building campaigns and lifecycle automations that drive pipeline. This is neither a pure admin role nor an engineering seat—it's for an operator comfortable getting under the hood, automating manual work, and prototyping solutions instead of waiting on backlogs. Key responsibilities include: administering the core martech stack (Customer.io, Salesforce, Snowflake integrations), building and launching marketing campaigns and email programs, designing lifecycle and nurture automation flows, owning data hygiene and governance, using AI-native dev tools (v0, Claude Code, Vercel) to build internal helpers and automate workflows, and partnering with RevOps and GTM Analytics on reliable lead flow and reporting. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and can be located remote (US-based in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones) or hybrid from San Francisco HQ or Austin office. Required: 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups; hands-on operator who administers and actively improves the martech stack; deep familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce); comfort with integration tools (Tray.io, RudderStack, Segment); hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (v0, Cursor); ability to read/edit code and write basic SQL; strong instincts for data quality; thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments. Bonus: TypeScript, advanced SQL, data modeling for GTM systems; experience with PLG motions or developer-focused products; built internal tools or ops automations; experience building on Vercel or modern web platforms.
