OneTrust is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join their Marketing Operations team in Atlanta. The role is hybrid, with an office-first culture requiring three days per week in office.
You will be responsible for turning marketing ideas into scalable, measurable programs by managing lead management processes, designing solutions, and implementing them across the marketing technology ecosystem, particularly Marketo. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and related teams to understand business needs, solve operational challenges, and create experiences that help teams work more effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketo Expertise: Contribute to day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and solution design of the Marketo instance. The team is lean, so everyone pitches in with hands-on impact.
- Lead Management: Monitor and continuously improve lead management processes, including scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management, routing, and operational workflows.
- System Design: Understand how marketing technologies work together and design solutions that create connected experiences while minimizing unintended downstream impacts.
- Campaign Design: Partner with demand generation and other marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built and executed using best practices, with clear measurement tied to business outcomes.
- AI and Automation: Explore and apply AI-enabled features and automation within marketing technologies to improve efficiency, data quality, campaign execution, personalization, and team productivity.
- Technology Partnership: Help evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies while contributing to a scalable and well-governed martech ecosystem.
- Troubleshooting: Provide thoughtful, hands-on troubleshooting within Marketo and across the broader marketing technology stack.
You should be equally comfortable thinking strategically, getting hands-on in technology, and finding practical ways to use automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve how marketing operates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of lead management processes and best practices
- Experience designing and optimizing marketing technology ecosystems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on technical capability
- Experience with AI and automation tools in marketing contexts
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
