As Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing technology stack and inbound processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Own and optimize the marketing tooling stack (HubSpot, Dreamdata, Hotjar, AI tools) as an integrated system
- Design and execute the complete inbound process from first form fill through lead routing to the appropriate team
- Build AI-powered automations that eliminate manual workflows across the marketing team
- Develop and maintain lead scoring systems that support sales with accurate, actionable data
- Create touchpoint-tracking frameworks that provide visibility into account engagement over time—critical for long-sales-cycle B2B business
- Deliver funnel analysis and reporting that informs marketing and revenue team decisions
- Partner with sales, RevOps, and country marketing teams to ensure marketing processes integrate seamlessly with broader revenue operations
- Support webinar operations with reporting infrastructure and automated outreach
You will have real ownership from day one, working in a lean, high-impact environment where your work directly influences company growth. The role requires hands-on HubSpot expertise (workflows, lead routing, reporting), practical AI proficiency (especially Claude), and funnel tracking experience. Bonus qualifications include Dreamdata/attribution tooling, B2B SaaS background, and webinar operations experience.
