Front is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the operating system for marketing—planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of campaign and lifecycle performance. You'll partner across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product to translate strategy into scalable programs, clean data, and actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own marketing planning and execution workflows (intake, prioritization, timelines, resourcing) to ensure predictable delivery
- Lead marketing technology and automation strategy, including MAP/CRM integrations, lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and enrichment
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for funnel performance (MQL→SQL, pipeline, conversion, velocity, CAC/LTV inputs) with the data team
- Drive segmentation and audience strategy to improve targeting, personalization, and lifecycle performance
- Operationalize GTM and campaign measurement frameworks across Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Content, and Product Marketing teams
- Manage data quality initiatives (UTM governance, deduping, taxonomy, source-of-truth alignment) to improve attribution and analytics
- Identify and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements that reduce manual work and increase program scale
- Support experimentation (A/B tests, holdouts), measurement, and learnings documentation to improve marketing ROI
Required experience:
- 5–8 years of Marketing Operations and/or Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS or similar high-velocity GTM environment
- Hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform and CRM integration
- Required HubSpot experience
- Strong analytics and reporting skills with comfort in funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and dashboard building (Looker, Tableau, Mode, HubSpot, SFDC)
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and attribution concepts
- Experience building scalable processes (campaign intake, QA checklists, UTM governance, documentation) across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management; ability to influence without authority
- High attention to detail and systems mindset; balance strategic thinking with execution
