ClickHouse, a Forbes Cloud 100 company and leader in real-time analytics and data warehousing, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the data backbone for the marketing organization. This role owns end-to-end reporting and analytics across marketing systems, leads campaign operations for the demand generation team, and manages the marketing technology stack including Marketo, HubSpot, and Conversion.ai. Key responsibilities include designing and building dashboards and funnel/attribution models in Salesforce and Hex that translate raw campaign and pipeline data into actionable insights for leadership and demand gen teams. You will define and evolve marketing's core reporting framework and KPIs around campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline attribution, partnering with Data Engineering and RevOps to ensure data models support these needs. You'll own complex and ad-hoc reporting requests, writing and QA-ing SQL independently, and building self-serve reporting to reduce dependency on one-off data pulls. Campaign operations ownership includes audience segmentation, list management, Marketo campaign builds, landing page/form creation, and maintaining clean tagging/naming/UTM conventions that support accurate attribution. Additional responsibilities span lifecycle workflow and nurture campaign strategy in partnership with Demand Generation, directing the marketing operations agency partner relationship, owning the campaign production supply chain with visibility into handoffs and bottlenecks, and leading email and database hygiene strategy informed by engagement data and list health metrics. The ideal candidate brings 4-6+ years of marketing operations experience in SaaS startups with demonstrated reporting/analytics ownership. Deep proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, high fluency in BI tools (Hex, Looker, Omni), and strong SQL skills are essential. You should have a track record of building reporting frameworks that drive decision-making, an analytical mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Data Engineering, RevOps, and Demand Gen teams. Comfort with AI tooling (Clay, n8n, Conversion.ai) is a plus.
