DocPlanner Group, the world's largest healthcare platform connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries, is seeking a Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist to drive marketing technology excellence. This remote role (EU-based) is responsible for administering and continuously improving core marketing technology platforms, with HubSpot as the primary tool.
You will serve as the super user and product expert on the technical aspects of marketing tools, bridging the gap between technical execution and marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and optimizing marketing systems with a proactive mindset toward scalability and performance. You'll support and continuously improve the HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity, reliable lead flow, and platform alignment.
The role involves building and refining predictive lead scoring models, implementing lead scoring practices, managing data imports with accuracy and proper segmentation, and ensuring data security and governance. You'll take a proactive approach to workflow monitoring and error resolution, particularly around MQL qualification and lead assignment. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll contribute to transformational initiatives leveraging AI—including AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and emerging AI capabilities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
You'll create, manage, and document system processes, train users on best practices, and maintain core CRM items such as records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and GDPR compliance. The role requires partnering with internal teams to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and drive cross-platform integrations. You'll stay current on data and technology changes, including AI advancements, and participate in evaluating future technology solutions.
Required qualifications include a degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field; proficient knowledge of digital marketing automation with HubSpot expertise; and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail. Salesforce experience, particularly with HubSpot–Salesforce sync, is a plus. Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI to marketing operations is highly valued. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong business English, and a proactive, can-do attitude with an insatiable appetite to learn and grow.
