DocPlanner Group is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The Marketing Operations & Technology Specialist will own the administration and continuous improvement of core marketing technology platforms, with HubSpot as the primary tool.
This hybrid technical and strategic role bridges marketing operations and technology execution. You'll serve as the super user and product expert on marketing technology systems, ensuring platforms operate efficiently to meet DocPlanner's marketing and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include: configuring, maintaining, and optimizing marketing systems with a focus on scalability; contributing to AI-driven transformational initiatives including AI-powered workflows and agents; supporting and improving the HubSpot–Salesforce sync to ensure data integrity and reliable lead flow; building and refining predictive lead scoring models; proactively monitoring workflows and resolving errors around MQL qualification and lead assignment; leveraging data enrichment and custom-coded actions to extend platform capabilities; creating and documenting system processes and training users; maintaining CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and GDPR compliance; implementing lead scoring, lead sources, chatbots, and marketing automation tactics; managing data imports with attention to accuracy and segmentation; ensuring data security and governance; partnering with internal teams to identify pain points and prioritize enhancements; driving cross-platform integrations; and staying current on data, technology, and AI advancements.
Required qualifications: degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field; proficient knowledge of digital marketing automation or marketing technology with HubSpot required; strong business English; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple competing priorities; high attention to detail; proactive mindset; and demonstrated ability to use technology and marketing expertise to drive improvements.
Desired qualifications: Salesforce experience (especially HubSpot–Salesforce sync); hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI to marketing operations; familiarity with predictive lead scoring, data enrichment, and custom-coded workflow actions.
