Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Diagnostics business to serve as the operational engine driving strategy execution. This role combines marketing operations, digital marketing, and cross-functional coordination to support the growth of an at-home EEG and cardiopulmonary diagnostics platform for sleep and CNS disorders.
Key responsibilities include:
CRM & Data Management: Partner with RevOps to maintain clean data across diagnostics marketing and sales systems. Implement tagging structures and workflows to improve team efficiency. Manage marketing attribution models across touchpoints and own day-to-day CRM execution including email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management.
Digital Marketing: Maintain and update diagnostics-specific website pages (Framer CMS) in coordination with designers. Build and manage an editorial calendar and grow LinkedIn presence with expansion to other platforms. Track relevant awareness days, research milestones, and cultural moments for timely content. Manage digital campaigns including copy generation, design, UTM tracking, vendor management, and ROI analysis. Collaborate with in-house designers on engaging visuals and data storytelling.
Messaging & Strategy: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials targeting sleep physicians, neurologists, and primary care providers. Support cross-functional project coordination using Asana and facilitate internal marketing communications. Build out and manage ideal customer profiles (ICPs) with targeted messaging and value propositions for each segment.
Events & Conference Strategy: Own the conference calendar end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through post-event ROI analysis. Coordinate event logistics, manage booth presence, and track lead generation and engagement metrics.
The role is based in Boston with remote work options available. Beacon maintains office hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris with robust asynchronous work practices.
