Kraken, one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms founded in 2011, is seeking a Marketing Manager for CRM Operations to join its Consumer Marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs across email, push, and in-app channels to drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing complex CRM campaigns that guide customers through the Kraken ecosystem, building advanced lifecycle solutions leveraging both technology and marketing execution, and conducting data analysis to optimize campaign and segment performance. You will execute experimentation to unlock high-impact campaigns, manage omni-channel customer journeys, and work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across priority geographies.
You will be a key stakeholder in company growth, keeping leadership informed on progress and collaborating with product, data analytics, marketing technology, and other cross-functional teams to drive incremental value. The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced, feedback-driven environment where you'll solve complex business problems with visible impact from day one.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience leading lifecycle/CRM program development from strategy to execution, extensive experience building complex multi-stakeholder campaigns, proficiency with Braze and other campaign-building tools, and strong analytical skills in tools like Tableau, Looker, HEX, or BigQuery. You should have deep knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems, expertise in customer segmentation and omni-channel subscriber management, and proven success driving lifecycle marketing results in B2C settings. Crypto industry experience is a significant plus.
