As Marketing Manager for Brand in the UAE, you will lead local brand and growth efforts for one of fintech's fastest-growing markets. You'll own campaign development, market positioning, and product launch initiatives while partnering with regional leadership and global marketing teams to ensure every campaign resonates locally and performs globally.
Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs through behavioral analysis and feature understanding to create data-driven stories that drive conversion. You'll develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, including audience segmentation, messaging, and communication plans. You'll conduct research to uncover customer insights, validate roadmaps, and monitor competitive dynamics. Working with the global Growth team, you'll build market-leading campaign calendars spanning acquisition to retention, own tone of voice and style guides adapted to local nuances, and run experiments to test hypotheses with analytical rigor. You'll deliver campaigns with a strong bias toward growth and business impact, and scale creative efforts globally by operationalizing resources and playbooks for regional teams.
You'll need 5+ years of B2C marketing experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech companies, with proven success executing growth strategies in the UAE market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with deep knowledge of fintech and payments competitive landscapes. You should excel at developing compelling content and stories that drive conversion, setting strategic direction, and managing complex cross-functional campaigns. Experience with editorial and commercial content creation, plus the ability to translate data into actionable insights for campaign and product strategy, are critical.
