You will oversee local campaign development, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that bring Revolut's features to life while partnering with regional leadership and global marketing teams. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying customer needs through behavioral analysis and feature understanding to create data-driven stories and content that drive conversion - Driving impactful go-to-market product launches by developing audience strategy, messaging, and communication strategies - Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, validate product and marketing roadmaps, and monitor competitive landscape - Collaborating with the global Growth team to develop campaign calendars designed to drive engagement across the entire funnel (acquisition to retention) - Owning tone of voice and style guides, adapting global campaigns to local market nuances - Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns - Delivering campaigns with a focus on growth and business impact - Scaling creative marketing efforts globally by operationalizing resources and creating playbooks for regional teams Required qualifications: - 5+ years of B2C marketing experience in fast-paced, preferably hyper-growth global tech companies - Proven experience leading and executing growth strategies in the UAE market - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of fintech/payments markets and competitive landscape - Demonstrated ability to develop compelling stories and content that drive conversion - Strategic direction-setting and project management expertise for complex, cross-functional campaigns - Track record in planning and creating editorial and commercial content - Strong analytical skills to distill data into actionable insights for campaign strategy and product development
