Zscaler is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across the Benelux region. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will serve as the regional marketing leader ("mini CMO") for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, driving pipeline creation, customer expansion, and brand awareness through integrated marketing programs.
Key responsibilities include partnering with regional sales teams to align localized marketing initiatives with territory priorities and business goals; executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and demand generation programs targeting strategic accounts; planning and delivering high-impact in-person and virtual events, executive roundtables, and co-marketing initiatives with partners; monitoring program performance using data insights to optimize ROI and pipeline contribution; and elevating brand positioning through campaigns tailored to the Benelux enterprise buying environment.
You will thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, taking full ownership of outcomes while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Success requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, partners, and EMEA teams, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Required qualifications include solid experience in field, regional, or channel marketing within global B2B SaaS, networking, or cybersecurity environments; deep understanding of the Benelux enterprise buyer landscape and regional market dynamics; demonstrated success executing ABM, regional events, and partner marketing activities that drive pipeline; and fluency in English and Swedish. Preferred experience includes leveraging AI-driven analytics and automation tools, understanding enterprise sales motions in cloud/networking/cybersecurity, and managing complex, large-scale programs.
