The Marketing Manager will own integrated marketing campaigns across the full member lifecycle—from client acquisition and enrollment through engagement and retention. This is a hands-on execution role requiring close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social, display, direct mail, and content channels
- Building, QA'ing, and launching lifecycle marketing campaigns in partnership with engineers and vendors
- Coding and QA'ing email templates
- Scheduling email and SMS sends and troubleshooting delivery issues
- Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing for engagement, conversion, and retention
- Supporting client reporting and communications
- Partnering with Sales to align marketing with revenue goals
- Planning and executing events, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Managing relationships with external clients, partners, agencies, and vendors
- Representing marketing in client meetings
Required qualifications: 3+ years in marketing, business, communications, or related field; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; solid understanding of digital marketing channels; hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud); proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite); ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners; proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Bonus skills include visual design or light coding, product marketing experience, and familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and experimentation.
The role is hybrid, based in San Carlos, CA, with expectation of being onsite at least 2 days per week.
