Predikt is a Swiss-Belgian deeptech company developing an AI-driven cost and margin intelligence platform for enterprise procurement and finance teams. The platform provides visibility into external cost drivers and their impact on margins, helping organizations navigate market volatility, manage risks, and make data-driven decisions.
As the first marketing hire, you will own the marketing function end-to-end at a pre-seed stage startup with live enterprise customers and significant deal sizes. This is a high-ownership role building the function from scratch rather than executing an existing playbook.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and owning Predikt's positioning and messaging across website, decks, proposals, and RFP responses
- Equipping sales and founders with value stories, competitive battlecards, demo narratives, and reusable RFP content
- Converting customer results into quantified case studies and references that resonate with procurement and finance leaders
- Running account-based campaigns for priority accounts in collaboration with sales
- Organizing events (roundtables, webinars, industry presence) to connect Predikt with target buyers
- Building thought leadership around the founders' voice on LinkedIn and in the market
- Managing targeted paid channels, primarily LinkedIn, to support account-based campaigns and events (performance marketing is a supporting tool, not the core)
Success metrics after one year: a clear, consistent story that customers repeat back; a library of proof points and sales materials actively used by the team; measurable engagement from priority accounts and marketing-sourced meetings.
The role is hybrid based in Leuven, with flexibility to work from abroad up to 3 weeks annually. The office is a 2-minute walk from the train station.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with strong product marketing or account-based marketing component, ideally selling to large enterprises
- Experience marketing to procurement, finance, or supply chain buyers (e.g., planning, spend, or analytics software) is a significant plus
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex products into sharp messages for C-suite buyers (CPO/CFO)
- Builder mentality: comfortable working as a solo team member, executing work hands-on, and ensuring delivery
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising and account-based targeting is a plus
- Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus
