OneVest is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its small, high-output marketing team. This is a generalist role focused on product marketing, content creation, and go-to-market execution for a fast-growing fintech company backed by Salesforce Ventures, Allianz Life Ventures, TIAA Ventures, and other notable investors.
You will develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for OneVest's wealth management platform and new features, translating complex product capabilities into language that resonates with financial institutions. You'll maintain a working view of the wealth management landscape, identify trends in buyer needs, and share market insights with internal teams to inform product and marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include creating sales enablement materials (one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, sales decks), supporting product and feature launches end-to-end, and writing blog posts, web copy, case studies, and onboarding materials. You'll coordinate launches across Product, Sales, and Leadership, ensuring deliverables ship on time. Additionally, you'll develop engaging content such as webinars and videos, partner with the digital team on social media strategy, draft and post social content, and support media outreach including press releases and reporter coordination.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of marketing experience with a mix of content, product marketing, and launch execution. You must have proven experience supporting product launches and go-to-market execution, strong written communication skills (this role is judged heavily on writing), and the ability to synthesize market and customer insights into clear positioning. You should be comfortable using AI tools like Claude to execute work quickly while maintaining critical judgment. Strong project management skills are essential to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage several initiatives simultaneously. Prior B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred, along with comfort learning technical, complex products and translating them for non-technical buyers.
Nice-to-have qualifications include wealth management, financial services, or fintech experience, and experience drafting press releases or coordinating media outreach.
