Lynx Financial Crime Tech is an AI-based software company specializing in fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) detection. The company develops advanced, self-learning AI technologies with low-latency transaction processing capabilities, serving global financial institutions, fintechs, and commercial organizations.
As Marketing Manager for the Brazilian market, you will be a hands-on, autonomous professional responsible for adapting Lynx's global brand strategy to Brazil and driving local market growth. This role offers significant autonomy and direct impact on the Brazilian operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Adapt global messaging and positioning to the Brazilian market in coordination with the global marketing team
- Design and execute demand generation campaigns aligned with commercial objectives
- Coordinate industry events, webinars, conferences, and networking activities in financial services and fintech sectors
- Create and localize sales presentations, corporate materials, and marketing content for Brazil
- Manage corporate social media presence and digital visibility
- Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to accelerate pipeline generation and reinforce market positioning
- Manage vendors and agencies while maintaining full ownership of initiatives
- Monitor market developments and competitors in the fraud prevention and financial crime ecosystem
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Measure marketing impact through business metrics including pipeline contribution, qualified leads, event attendance, and engagement
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Required qualifications: 5+ years B2B marketing experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or financial services; advanced English and/or Spanish proficiency; proven hands-on marketing execution experience; experience organizing corporate events and brand positioning; ability to develop executive-level content; strong B2B demand generation and digital positioning knowledge; cross-functional collaboration experience; deep knowledge of the Brazilian market and ability to localize messaging; corporate social media management experience.
