Echodyne is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to support integrated marketing programs for its mission-critical solid-state radar solutions. The company develops compact, high-performance radar systems for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft, drones, border security, critical infrastructure protection, and smart cities applications. This is an individual-contributor role focused on campaign execution, content development, event management, and cross-functional coordination. The Marketing Manager will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to support defense, government, and critical infrastructure markets. Key responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent marketing projects with shifting deadlines; collaborating on campaigns, content, events, and digital activities; partnering with Sales and Business Development to translate customer needs into marketing support; planning and executing trade shows, conferences, customer demonstrations, and partner events; representing Echodyne at industry events and engaging with customers, partners, government representatives, and media; delivering clear product overviews and portfolio presentations to technical and non-technical audiences; developing working knowledge of radar fundamentals and competitive technologies; translating complex technical concepts into accessible customer-facing content (presentations, collateral, case studies, web content, email campaigns); coordinating with Product Management to validate claims and maintain message accuracy; executing digital and outbound marketing activities across web, email, CRM, and marketing automation; monitoring campaign and event performance; and supporting vendor and contractor coordination. Required qualifications: 4+ years of B2B marketing, field marketing, product marketing, event marketing, or communications experience in a technology-focused environment; 2+ years of experience in Defense, Security, or Drone-related industries; demonstrated ability to organize and complete multiple competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail and sound judgment about priorities; strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style; experience supporting Sales and Business Development teams; comfort with public speaking and representing the company at events; ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them to diverse audiences; and proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
