AppDirect is a subscription commerce platform powering millions of subscriptions worldwide. You'll join the Portfolio Marketing team as a Marketing Manager supporting Firstbase, an AppDirect subsidiary that helps companies equip their teams with physical goods, furniture, and perks. In this individual contributor role, you'll serve as the primary marketing leader for Firstbase, translating business unit strategy into integrated marketing plans and driving execution for measurable business results. You'll own the full marketing function for the subsidiary, working closely with Sales and Product teams. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans - Owning campaign strategy across digital, events, content, and enablement channels - Collaborating with Product Marketing on product launches and go-to-market initiatives - Establishing campaign KPIs and measuring performance against pipeline and revenue goals - Translating business priorities into marketing programs with clear ROI expectations - Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and overseeing external contractors or agency partners - Identifying cross-sell opportunities across the AppDirect portfolio - Presenting marketing results and insights to business unit stakeholders - Continuously refining programs based on performance data and customer insights You'll bring 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telecom, or services. You have a track record of owning marketing strategy for a product line, business unit, or revenue segment, with demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact. You understand direct and channel go-to-market models, excel at stakeholder management and prioritization, and balance autonomy with cross-functional collaboration. You're comfortable presenting performance insights, have strong business acumen, and experience with AI tools, marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and A/B testing. The role is hybrid: one day per week onsite in Montreal, four days remote.
