Airbound is building the world's most efficient aircraft and drone delivery systems from the ground up, aiming to reduce delivery costs from ₹100/km to 10 paise/km. This Marketing Manager role owns how the company communicates its mission and technical innovations to the world.
You will work directly with the Marketing Lead and drive execution across content, communications, events, and employer brand. This is a generalist role requiring strong writing ability and the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Content and writing: Create press materials, case studies, blog posts, social copy, job descriptions, internal announcements, and website copy. Transform company results into compelling stories.
- Media and PR support: Partner with PR agencies on press strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Social and owned channels: Build and maintain Airbound's LinkedIn presence and other active channels with credibility and consistency.
- Employer brand: Make internal company developments visible and attractive to external audiences.
- Agency management: Brief and manage external partners (photographers, videographers, agencies) and own relationship quality and output.
- Events and activations: Handle logistics and execution for industry events, partner meetings, and internal milestones.
You must have 5–8 years in communications or content roles, with strong writing ability and the capacity to understand technical work and make it accessible without oversimplifying. Experience in startups, hardware, deep tech, aerospace, or logistics is valued. This is not a performance marketing role—no paid media, SEO dashboards, or funnel management. The focus is storytelling, content creation, and flawless execution.
The role is based in Hoskote, Bangalore (headquarters), in-office with alternate Saturday work schedules. The company offers comprehensive health insurance, relocation assistance, daily travel stipends, and advanced salary credit.
