Gradial is hiring its first Account-Based Marketing Manager to build and execute ABM programs against a focused target account list. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of strategy, program design, messaging, channel orchestration, and measurement. You will own 1:1 and 1-to-many ABM programs for Gradial's highest-value accounts, working directly with Sales to turn account intelligence into engagement, meetings, and pipeline. Responsibilities include building custom content and personalized digital experiences for specific buying groups; developing and scaling 1-to-many programs for account clusters; mapping buying committees and organizational priorities; orchestrating coordinated plays across email, LinkedIn, paid media, direct mail, and events; partnering with AEs and SDRs on account planning and outbound sequences; leading recurring account interlocks with Sales; creating seller enablement assets; owning executive field programs including dinners and VIP experiences; instrumenting and measuring the ABM motion end-to-end; and testing and improving messaging, offers, and channels. You will leverage modern marketing technology and AI tools to deliver deeper personalization and faster execution. Success means creating account experiences that feel specific, relevant, and difficult to ignore—and building an ABM motion that sellers trust, use, and want more of. Required: 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years building and running true 1:1 and 1-to-many ABM programs against named target accounts, with Fortune 100 experience. You need hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, RollWorks), personalization platforms (Mutiny, Folloze), and the broader go-to-market stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sales engagement). You must have a strong track record partnering with enterprise sellers, experience marketing into complex buying committees with long sales cycles, strong writing and content development skills, analytical judgment to connect engagement to pipeline outcomes, and active experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in day-to-day work.
