Tilt is a fast-scaling commerce platform redefining how people buy and sell online, with millions of UK users and sellers earning six-figure incomes. You'll join as Marketing Lead for the Fashion category, reporting to the VP of Categories & Expansion, with a focused mandate to grow fashion as a vertical on the platform. In your first 0–3 months, you'll immerse yourself in Tilt's Fashion ecosystem—understanding buyers, sellers, and competitive landscape. You'll develop category marketing strategy across paid, organic, and digital channels; build and own the marketing calendar; and launch community and in-person events to drive engagement. Beyond month 3, you'll own Fashion marketing end-to-end: strategy, execution, and measurement. You'll launch influencer campaigns, build repeatable content and campaign engines, and become the expert on what Fashion users want. You'll report on performance, shape investment decisions, and grow your scope—budget and headcount—as results demonstrate impact. You bring 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience (brand, lifecycle, or content) where you've owned channels end-to-end: shipped campaigns, measured results, and iterated based on data. You're biased toward action, have strong creative instincts and a track record of performing campaigns, and understand key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion. You've built marketing strategy from scratch, not just executed others' plans. You're organized, reliable across multiple concurrent campaigns, and genuinely excited by fashion, streetwear, vintage, and their communities. You're comfortable with ambiguity and moving at the pace of an early, fast-scaling company. Nice-to-haves include experience marketing search/discovery products, turning around declining categories, or familiarity with live commerce and community-led growth. You'll work 5 days/week from the King's Cross office in London, with direct access to product, engineering, and leadership. Benefits include 29 days PTO plus bank holidays, birthday off, share options, 3% pension, unlimited therapy, 24/7 GP access, MacBook, gym membership, and free Deliveroo when working late.
