Wonderful is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to build and scale the brand, ecosystem, and market presence across the Iberia region while contributing to global marketing strategy. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, bridging strategy and execution while building programs from the ground up.
As the primary marketing leader in-region, you will serve as a trusted business partner to the Regional General Manager, ensuring marketing aligns with regional business priorities and supports the entire customer lifecycle—from awareness and demand generation through acquisition, expansion, advocacy, and retention.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned to business objectives and revenue targets; owning the regional marketing strategy across the full customer lifecycle; planning and delivering integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth; leading regional field marketing initiatives including executive engagement, flagship events, customer programs, ecosystem and partner marketing, PR, and strategic communications; partnering with leadership and central marketing teams on regional go-to-market initiatives; localizing global messaging and campaigns for regional enterprise audiences; developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts; building relationships with customers, partners, analysts, media, and industry influencers; managing regional marketing budgets and vendor relationships; measuring and analyzing marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI; and providing market intelligence and competitive feedback to shape strategy.
You bring 8+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with a strong background in field marketing and integrated demand generation. You have proven success partnering with senior business leaders and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You're hands-on across field marketing, executive events, ABM, partner marketing, integrated campaigns, PR, content marketing, and communications. You understand enterprise go-to-market strategies and the full customer lifecycle, with the ability to translate product messaging into compelling regional campaigns. Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software is highly desirable. You possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
