As Marketing Events Manager 3, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of global third-party and company-owned events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen brand authority. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), this role operates with significant autonomy and contributes directly to regional and global marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the strategic development of Behavox's event portfolio by researching, evaluating, and prioritizing industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned to ideal customer profile and revenue objectives.
- Building and managing annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets, forecasting and controlling budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Designing and scaling company-owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums, and flagship gatherings to strengthen customer engagement and elevate brand perception.
- Serving as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to align messaging, coordinate activation strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless execution.
- Establishing clear success metrics—including meetings secured, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution—and continuously analyzing performance data to refine strategy.
- Managing global travel as necessary to support high-impact initiatives.
You bring global B2B event planning and execution experience within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology environments; revenue marketing strategy expertise including pipeline generation and attribution modeling; event operations management including logistics and vendor oversight; commercial contract negotiation and financial management; and cross-functional stakeholder management in complex, matrixed organizations.
