Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 / annual

Sprig is an AI-native customer research platform that replaces legacy survey tools like Qualtrics and Medallia. The company is scaling toward $100M ARR with customers including Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor. As Marketing Events Lead, you will own end-to-end execution of Sprig's event programs, including field events, conferences, and company-hosted experiences. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, strategy, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include: - Plan and execute field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences from conception through on-site delivery - Manage all logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, budgets, timelines, and attendee experience - Attend flagship events to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities - Partner with Sales and Marketing to align events with business goals and drive attendance - Manage direct mail and gifting programs for enterprise campaigns and customer engagement - Support integrated campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets and communications - Track event ROI and surface insights to improve program effectiveness - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations - Support broader marketing and pipeline-driving initiatives as needed You bring 2-4 years of event marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing experience, with a track record of independently managing programs from planning through execution. You excel at project management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments. B2B/SaaS experience is a plus. You're enthusiastic about in-person collaboration and willing to travel up to 10%. The role requires 4 days per week on-site at San Francisco HQ (Wednesday is work-from-home).
