You will join the Marketing team as an AI Builder, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is a hands-on role where you design, build, and ship AI-powered tools and workflows that accelerate marketing effectiveness. You'll own the full lifecycle from ideation through execution, taking complete ownership of projects without requiring extensive oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining all AI-driven tools supporting the marketing team
- Driving lead-generation and meeting-generation pipelines end-to-end
- Creating inbound demand through lead magnets, interactive AI assets, SEO/AEO content engines, and on-site personalization
- Owning outbound demand through list building, data enrichment, intent monitoring, and 1:1-at-scale sequences
- Running an AI creative pipeline to produce video, image, and copy at scale
- Educating the marketing team on latest AI trends and capabilities
- Building both collaborative team tools and independent AI initiatives
- Addressing the marketing team's backlog of AI ideas
- Experimenting rapidly with a fail-fast mindset, scaling or killing initiatives based on results
Required qualifications include deep knowledge of current AI models and tools, experience building AI agents for automation and marketing use cases, ability to integrate tools into cohesive workflows, standalone product development skills, elementary coding ability, and strong independent execution with collaborative mindset. Marketing background and familiarity with product-led growth are bonuses.
