Nuitée is building the API backbone for the global travel industry—a B2B infrastructure platform that connects hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses to hotel inventory at scale. Founded in 2017, the company has grown 10x since 2022, remained profitable, and recently raised a $48M Series A led by Accel. Nuitée is backed by leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, with global teams in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca, and Casablanca. As Market Manager for B2B Flights, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Nuitée's flight product, which already has broad airline coverage (GDS, low-cost carriers, NDC content) and a growing roster of live customers. Your role is to take this product to market and drive growth. Key responsibilities: - Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the flight offering - Position Nuitée against competitors and identify market gaps - Act as a strategic co-seller alongside the sales team: run pitches, deliver demos, and lead negotiations with enterprise buyers - Create sales collateral and positioning that wins deals - Translate market data, pricing structures, and technical specifications into compelling sales narratives - Influence the product roadmap based on market feedback and customer needs - Work directly with customers and executive buyers to close enterprise logos - Develop commercial models that attract enterprise clients while protecting margin - Identify and resolve sales cycle bottlenecks What makes this role interesting: You're scaling something real, not building from zero. The product and customer base already exist; your job is growth and market expansion. You sit close to the roadmap and see your input shipped quickly. You work directly with customers as a strategic co-seller, not from behind a desk. You're joining a small, close-knit team at a profitable, well-backed company in a massive market ($9.9tn travel industry, $75bn B2B hotel market). You'll tackle problems like: How do we launch new flight capabilities (e.g., NDC content) to the right buyers? What value proposition resonates with specific B2B personas? Where are competitive gaps? What commercial model works for enterprise without eroding margin? Where do deals stall and how do we fix it? Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years in product marketing, market management, technical sales, or commercial strategy within travel tech, aviation, or B2B travel - Deep understanding of the travel distribution ecosystem - Proven track record taking new products to market and winning new enterprise logos - Direct experience working alongside enterprise sales teams, co-selling complex technical solutions - Ability to translate market data, pricing structures, and technical specs into simple, actionable sales narratives - Executive presence: can command a room of C-level buyers and translate technical detail into business value (both written and verbal) - Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional ownership spanning commercial, product, and technical domains - Bonus: experience launching API-based products to B2B audiences, or hands-on CRM and sales enablement platform experience Ideal fit: proactive, credible in both technical and commercial conversations, energized by owning a go-to-market motion end-to-end. Not suited for someone seeking a narrowly scoped single-discipline role or requiring a fully defined playbook before moving.
