Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company that combines proprietary technology with clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit. The company is redefining prevention by making data-driven, preventative care accessible before symptoms appear. As Market Activation Lead for the Washington, D.C. location, you will own the local growth and activation strategy for the clinic. You'll serve as the face of the brand locally, building strong relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the broader consumer community to drive Neko's objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Establishing Neko as a highly visible and trusted presence in Washington, D.C. through strong local awareness and community engagement - Building and maintaining a high-quality network of local influencers, partners, and community stakeholders to drive word-of-mouth and referrals - Delivering a consistent pipeline of bookings by leading local growth initiatives and optimizing conversion from awareness to appointment - Launching and running a calendar of events, activations, and partnerships that keep the clinic top of mind and drive member bookings - Developing strong internal alignment with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure execution excellence - Establishing clear reporting and metrics around local performance, including bookings, retention, and community engagement - Building a recognizable local brand presence that drives both trust and demand in the Washington, D.C. market You'll combine community management, marketing, events, and partnerships to ensure the clinic delivers an exceptional experience while supporting bookings and retention goals. This role requires 5+ years of experience in community management, marketing, events, and/or partnerships, with a strong existing network within Washington, D.C. You should be commercially minded, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, and passionate about startups and community-building in a fast-paced environment.
