The Managing Client Partner role owns end-to-end relationships with Eightfold's most strategic, largest enterprise customers. This is a partner-level position for a seasoned relationship leader who builds trust at senior levels and converts that trust into mutual, lasting growth. You will lead an extended account team, orchestrating resources around a unified account strategy you own.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining peer-level relationships across the C-suite anchored in customer strategy; owning a high-quality account plan for each customer with a multi-year expansion path; managing commercial health including retention, expansion, and senior-level negotiations; leading the extended account team to deliver on strategy; running disciplined executive business reviews with measurable success metrics; and serving as the trusted advisor the customer's leadership calls first.
The portfolio consists of a small number of Eightfold's largest and most strategically important customers—depth over breadth. You will own complex, high-stakes relationships that require full attention and accountability.
Required: 15+ years as a client partner, engagement partner, account lead, principal, or similar role owning both client relationships and commercial outcomes for large enterprises. Proven track record growing Global 2000 accounts. Commercial accountability with revenue, expansion, retention, or P&L targets. Ability to build and sustain C-suite relationships. Experience leading or advising enterprise transformation programs. Cross-functional team leadership without direct authority. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Preferred: Partner experience at leading consulting or professional-services firms. Domain expertise in talent, HR, or workforce transformation. Familiarity with AI, enterprise SaaS, or talent-intelligence platforms. MBA or advanced degree.
