Notion is seeking a Manager for Solutions Consultants to lead a regional team in the UK and Ireland. This is a hands-on management role where you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo ARR, expansion, and renewals—while being accountable for both results and execution quality. You'll act as a coach first, not just a pipeline manager. You'll develop Solutions Consultants on Notion's GTM builder motion: diagnosing workflows in first meetings, executing live builds in Notion with value narratives in second meetings, and guiding deals through to adoption hand-off. You'll build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that drives consistent execution across the team. Key responsibilities include owning commercial performance metrics (new logo ARR, expansion ARR, UBP outcomes), coaching SCs on the full sales cycle, participating in regional operating cadence (weekly pipeline reviews, deal support, call reviews, forecasting), hiring and certifying new SCs, partnering with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy and qualification standards, collaborating with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs and renewal strategy, and representing your team in leadership forums with clear signals on what's working and where execution needs investment. You'll bring a track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales. You need frontline sales management experience: building operating cadences, running performance management, and developing talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance. Strong coaching orientation is essential—you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change and why. You need commercial instincts at the team level to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency without micromanaging. Nice-to-haves include experience selling or managing in consumption or usage-based businesses where adoption signals matter, a track record building high-performing regional teams from early stage, and experience in shared account ownership models. The role is based in London with office anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. You don't need to be an AI expert, but intellectual curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter is expected.
