As Manager of Solution Advisory based in Bogotá, you will lead a high-impact team of Solution Advisors responsible for delivering customer success and advisory services. In this role, you will architect and build a world-class team of storytellers and problem-solvers who drive adoption and value realization of Coupa's AI-driven platform. You will be accountable for team performance, development, and retention while ensuring customers achieve their strategic objectives through the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Solution Advisors
- Driving customer success outcomes and platform adoption
- Building and executing on team strategy and performance metrics
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Ensuring customers realize measurable business value from Coupa's solutions
